DELIVERY – CONSUMER RIGHTS – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

ATTENTION: A Little Patience for Delivery... The product is imported. International shipping companies determine different delivery times for each country. This period can range from 6-13 days for Europe and 8-15 days for the Americas. The average delivery time for our company has been 9 days.

In many countries, products below a certain value for personal use are exempt from customs duties. Shipments under a specific value (usually 150 Euros) sent to European Union countries may not be subject to customs duties. However, this threshold may vary from country to country.

The VAT amount for the products is paid by our company, but any customs duties in that country are the responsibility of the buyer.

It is important to be aware of the list of prohibited or restricted products in your country and to place your order accordingly. We cannot guarantee that your order will pass through the customs of your country.

Products can only be purchased for personal use. Bulk purchases for commercial purposes are not allowed. To comply with customs regulations, please avoid placing bulk product orders at one time for this purpose.

GENERAL:

By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you. Buyers are subject to the laws of the country where the product is sold and delivered regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product. Shipping costs for the product delivery are to be paid by the buyers. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within 30 days, provided that this period does not exceed the legal limit. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract. The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if available. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of it. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:

If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

If it is determined after the product has been delivered that the credit card used for the purchase was fraudulently used by unauthorized persons, and the product's cost is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping cost borne by the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

If force majeure occurs that the seller could not foresee, and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed of the situation. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order, and payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product cost will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer's account.

THE BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The buyer is required to inspect the goods/service subject to the contract before receiving them; they should not accept any damaged or defective goods/services from the cargo company (e.g., crushed, broken, torn packaging). The received goods/services will be deemed to be undamaged and in good condition. After delivery, the buyer must carefully protect the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason, by notifying the seller via the contact details below, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or the person/organization at the address indicated.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

If the purchased item is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date of the contract's signing. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends. The expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the seller.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the seller via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the "Products That Cannot Be Returned" provisions outlined in this contract.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The product invoice delivered to the third party or the buyer (if the product to be returned is invoiced to a corporate entity, it must be sent back with the return invoice issued by the institution). The return form, the products to be returned, must be delivered complete and undamaged with their box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

The seller is obligated to return the total amount and the documents that place the buyer under debt to the buyer within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice and to accept the return of the goods within 20 days. If the value of the goods decreases or it becomes impossible to return the goods due to the buyer's fault, the buyer must compensate the seller's damages proportionately to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products within the withdrawal period. In cases where the wrong product is sent or the product is defective or faulty, all return fees are the seller's responsibility.

If the product ordered by the buyer is sent exactly as requested, flawless and without defects, and the buyer wishes to return it, the seller must accept the return. However, in this case, the shipping costs arising from the return process must be paid by the buyer.

If the campaign limit amount organized by the seller is exceeded due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign is canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are prepared according to the buyer's request or clearly for their personal needs, that are not suitable for return, that are underwear bottom pieces, swimwear and bikini bottoms, makeup products, single-use items, products that are at risk of spoiling quickly or that may expire, products that are not suitable for health and hygiene to be returned if their packaging is opened by the buyer after delivery, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines except those provided under subscription agreements, services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and if the packaging has been opened by the buyer for audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording, and data storage devices, computer consumables. Additionally, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the service has begun with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends as per the regulation.

For cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikini, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, and stationery supplies (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.), the packaging must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused for a return.

DEFAULT STATE AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

The buyer agrees, declares, and undertakes that if they fall into default when paying with a credit card, they will pay interest under the credit card agreement with the card-issuing bank and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may seek legal remedies; it may demand the costs and attorney fees from the buyer and, in any case, if the buyer defaults on their debt, the buyer agrees to pay the seller's damages and losses due to the delayed performance of the debt.
