Order Process
The product will be shipped exactly as described on the product page, including its features, contents, and images. It will be packaged appropriately for shipping and the nature of the product. Orders are sent to the delivery address you provided via our contracted courier. We do not offer any other shipping methods.
If your orders meet the minimum order value or free shipping packages advertised on our site, shipping is free; otherwise, the shipping cost is paid by the buyer. When the buyer covers the shipping cost, our contracted courier offers a price advantage.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM on business days are intended to be handed over to the courier on the same day, while orders placed afterward are aimed to be handed over the next business day. Delivery to the courier may be delayed due to issues such as courier capacity or vehicle breakdowns.

The shipping duration may be delayed by one business day due to issues like capacity overflow at the courier’s dispatch and recipient branches. Delivery time information is provided by the courier company you choose. VitalGlam's responsibility for delivery is limited to the legal timeframes stipulated by the law. Beyond this, the procedures of the courier company you selected apply. It is recommended that you track your product using the tracking number provided by VitalGlam and/or the courier company and contact the courier in case of any issues.
Orders placed from any location will be delivered quickly, efficiently, and securely to the address of your choice.
Delivery Process
In case of problems during the delivery process after placing an order, you can contact the customer service of our contracted courier for quick and effective solutions. We will do our best to resolve issues promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
If you are not present at the specified delivery address during delivery, the courier will return the product to the branch. If the product is not picked up from the branch within the return conditions specified by the courier, return procedures will apply. If you choose the courier delivery option and the product cannot be delivered due to your absence at the address or incorrect address information, the courier will return the product directly, and return procedures will apply.
Issues such as partial or complete loss of the product or damage during shipping, caused by the courier company, may occur. If you suspect an issue with the package's volume or notice any damage, please inspect the package in the presence of the courier before accepting it. To accurately identify any shipping-related issues, it is recommended that you take photos and videos while receiving your package. In case of situations like damaged or missing products, you can file a "Condition Report" and proceed with your return request along with the report. We kindly ask for your cooperation in supporting our efforts to protect customers.
The delivery day or method may vary for certain special regions. If our contracted courier does not have a branch in your area, that area will be considered a mobile region, and delivery will be made on specific days of the week. Deliveries cannot be made to locations far from the city center, such as remote areas where vehicle delivery is not possible, and places like military bases with restricted access for security reasons. If you reside in such areas, please provide an alternative address where delivery is possible. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any delays, missed deliveries, or other issues.
The delivery time may vary depending on the shipping model you choose. Please consider this when planning your delivery day, time, and duration.
