Shopping and Delivery Processes at VitalGlam Online Store

1-All products in our store are shipped from abroad to your address. Our contracted shipping warehouses are located in countries such as South Korea, Malaysia, China, the Netherlands, the United States, Germany, and Australia. The ordered product is shipped from the relevant warehouse based on the type of product.

2-Once the product arrives in the relevant country from abroad and completes customs procedures, it is delivered to the customer’s address by a contracted local courier company in each country. From the moment the order is placed, a tracking number and tracking link are sent to the customer. Through this link, every stage of the shipment process (packaging, dispatch, departure from the origin country, arrival in the destination country, customs procedures, arrival at the local warehouse, local distribution, and delivery) can be tracked.

3-Different customs procedures are conducted in each country. EU countries and many other nations exempt products purchased for personal use from customs duties. For example, in European Union countries, some products are not subject to any customs duties, while others are exempt from taxes on purchases below a certain amount (e.g., purchases under 150 EUR). Some countries impose varying tax rates, ranging from 1% on some products to a maximum of 11% on others.

4-International shipping companies determine different delivery times for each country. This period can range from 6 to 13 days for Europe and 8 to 15 days for the Americas. Our company's average delivery time has been 9 days.

How Can I Pay Less?

Shipping costs for products purchased from abroad are a significant expense. You can reduce the cost by up to 50% by purchasing multiple products. Selecting “Buy 3 Pay for 2” products and adding multiple items to your cart will help lower the cost.

Return Procedures

A customer can cancel their order before the shipment starts from the origin country, and the payment will be refunded on the same day.
In case the product cannot be delivered, a refund will be issued. (Refunds do not apply to customers who have ordered banned or restricted products in their country).
If the received product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, a refund will be issued.
